C.' number = serial no. for Grand Canyon Region Studies of E. E. Spamer. NG, summit of Mt. Trumbull. GC-227. Altitude approx. Altitude given as 7000 ft. Collecting date of 1907 on original label is in error. There is no spring currently on the northwest side of Mt. Trumbull (Mt. Trumbull 7.5' Quad., 1967).
