Old jars with original labels maintained in malacology alcohol collection area. Anatomical notes are in notebook 4:32. Female. Johnson (1967:2) designated USNM 86278 as lectotype. Johnson (1956:135) listed MCZ 6395 as a paratype (paralectotype).
