remarks For original jar labels see ANSP archive collection 201-i(a2). There is an alphabetical listing of all the taxa contained in the jars in ANSP archive collection 201-i(a1). Supplemental anatomical information is contained in 6 notebooks housed in the ANSP archives collection 454. Alcohol collection was accessioned into the ANSP collection as no. 372, in 1877. Old jars with original labels maintained in malacology alcohol collection area. Anatomical notes are in notebook 4:32. Female. Johnson (1967:2) designated USNM 86278 as lectotype. Johnson (1956:135) listed MCZ 6395 as a paratype (paralectotype).
