Remarks
ANSP A16167
remarks From 1 sq. ft. area at limit of accessibility--extremely dense vegetation--at spring in Spring Canyon (or a supplementary spring head, or a plunge from an obscured part of the stream coming from the spring), in a dark hole with overhang of densely packed roots matted with mud, sand, and gravel; water clear but turbid when disturbed; swift current; substratum of rocks, gravel, sand, mud; human use light. Taken from the gravel, mud, and sand that was entangled in and coated the roots at the dark opening. Lot includes uncounted fragments.
