ANSP A8403
remarks Davis shell type 7. There were originally 101 shells in this lot. Specimens nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8, in alc, were rehydrated. No. 9 disintegrated. On dissection 429, 36 and 558 embryos were obtained from specimens nos. 1, 6 and 10, respectively. Some of these are dry in vials nos. 1, 6 and 10. Some embryos were lost in handling. The embryos were previously treated with Clorox and stored in water.
