remarks Baker divided station J29 into J29a and j29b. Locality descriptions follow with field note data followed by published data (Nautilus 48(1):8) in parentheses. Station J29: 09 Aug to 15 Aug 1933; Bog Walk, St. Catherine. Station J29a: 09 Aug and 15 Aug 1933; 'left side of Bog Walk gorge to summit, just below sharp curve at dam' ('left bank 1 mile below station, south-facing slopes to summit'). Station J29b: 12 Aug 1933; 'right side of same, just above entrance to long tunnel on railroad' ('right bank, ravine just above entrance to first railroad tunnel downstream from town'). Additionally, field notes list coordinates as 18 07 --N 077 01 --W, published coordinates listed as 18 06 --N 077 01 --W. Published coordinates appear to be correct. A12792a, Eutrochatella pulchella from J29, is corresponding alc lot to ANSP 163788. The possibility exists that it may also correspond to 163787, E. pulchella grayana from J29, and/or 163789, E. pulchella from J29a. Dry lot consists of females. Original alc label states 'J29 bw 8-15-33 Eutrochatella pulchella (Gray)'.
