ANSP 352923

remarks Davis shell type 5. The alc shells corresponding to this lot are in A8428. Some of the specimens in the dry lot were treated with Clorox. Specimens nos. 2, 8, 15, 19 and 24 are in alc. No. 19 was rehydrated. On dissection, 12 two whorl embryos were obtained from specimen no. 23. These are dry, along with a vial of less than two whorl embryos. Some embryos were lost in handling. The embryos were previously treated with Clorox and stored in water. 

remarks Davis shell type 5. There were originally 3026 shells in this lot. The dry shells, embryos and bodies corresponding to this lot are in ANSP 352923 and A8427.
