remarks See archives for draft report. K. Heck was principal investigator for this project. All specimens frozen and when returned to laboratory soft parts discarded. Some valves have had a strip of periostracum removed and the annuli marked. 2 valves collected dead. Lake elevation: 459.15 m; lake surface area: 21.46 hectares; basin area: 103.64 hectares; maximum lake depth: 18.29 m; Lake Como topographic map.
